Can your products be re-sold worldwide?

You can re-sell our products to any part of the world; however, the use of our products is restricted to the countries of Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America.

• South America – 379,500,000 people (5.93% of the world's population)

Therefore, our products can be used by over 80.29% of the world's population.

Why should we purchase from India?

If you are looking at re-exporting products to developing and under-developed nations, there are three good reasons to purchase from India:

• More than 95% of products in India are labelled either in English or are bilingual in English and another vernacular language. English bridges the language gap and meets a key requirement in the destination country.
• India is a Tier-3 country, and therefore its products can be used in most developing and under-developed nations.
• Due to India's large population and the presence of several multinational companies, product availability is relatively high and pricing is comparatively low, making it good business sense to purchase from India.

Can you source UK or EMEA licensed branded pharmaceuticals from major manufacturers?

Generally, we do not deal with products carrying EMEA Registration Numbers or US NDC Codes (products licensed for sale within the EU or USA). However, we may be able to source such products through our European and American partners if the order quantity is sufficiently large.

Do you supply products other than those listed on your product list?

The product list supplied here is only partial. We will endeavour to supply any item requested. Please make an enquiry and we will respond promptly to your request.

Where can you deliver to?

We can deliver to all countries in the world, including countries to which you intend to re-export. We are flexible in terms of delivery. You may either arrange your own collection or we can deliver products to your nominated air freight forwarders.

How long are your expiry dates?

We conduct stringent expiry-date checking procedures to ensure that all stock and new orders have at least 12 months of remaining shelf life. If you specify your minimum expiry-date requirements at the time of placing the order, we will make every effort to comply with your specifications.

What kind of cold-chain refrigeration equipment do you have in place?

We use best-of-breed refrigeration equipment supplied by Blue Star India. The equipment is designed in Italy and guarantees that temperatures between 2°C and 8°C can be maintained at all times.

What temperature monitors do you use?

We use temperature monitors manufactured by 3M USA, which are among the best available indicators and are used by many international organisations for the storage and distribution of refrigerated products.

Where is your storage facility and how large is it?

Our storage facility is located in Mumbai and covers approximately 1,500 square feet (140 square metres).

How do you package your products?

All products are packaged using specialised German patented technology (Absolute-Cold.com). This technology guarantees that a consistent temperature between 2°C and 8°C is maintained during transit for up to 120 hours (5 days), which is usually more than sufficient time for shipments to reach their destination country.

Whom do you use for your logistics?

Our logistical requirements are fulfilled by Kuehne + Nagel, a global leader in international forwarding and one of the top three worldwide contract logistics providers.

We also use DHL Express and World Courier. Within India, we use Blue Dart (DHL's local arm) and World Courier. DHL and World Courier are both recognised specialists in cold-chain transportation.

What are the payment terms?

Our payment terms are strictly Full Payment in Advance prior to collection. For customers with whom we maintain a long-term relationship, we may consider payment via Letter of Credit (L/C).
